The day I got my phone, I felt so great about the salesperson’s service. However, one day ,I asked for help for my technical issue of my phone, a female salesperson gave me really bad attitude. She didn’t give me the same great service I got from the other salesperson.

I’m curious as to why in a few sections of the mall all the stores are closed? Are there renovations or updates planned for the mall? Or have stores just closed and or moved?
