The mall is absolutely fantastic, but I can honestly say that it has a funny smell, especially in the IGA. Can you please find the source of it and/or attempt to counter it with some fresh refreshing smells as it greatly affects the overall shopping experience. THANK YOU!

To whom it may concern,
I am writing to advice about a particular store and experience in your mall. On December 8th 2010 I made a purchase @ Mini Vogue-Grandir En Beauty. Upon my purchase (of a pair of pink glove for my daughter size 2-3X) I asked the cashier the company’s returned policy. She advised me that I can do an exchange or get 100% refund back within 2 weeks. I said her if she was certain and she replied yes. I returned less than 24 hours later with the purchase and upon my surprise. I was only allowed to receive a credit note. If I was aware of this from the beginning I would have never purchase ANYTHING from that store. As a person who stays true to her word, it’s unbelievable of how a reputable complex would rent out a space to people that take advantage of their customers. I found it totally inappropriate. Also since the manager/owner was not there the assistance was extremely rude and unfriendly. I refuse to ever shop again in that store as well I will notify my colleagues, co-workers, family and friends about any future shopping they will do at your mall and this particular store. It’s unfortunate that in such times that a store can not respect their words. It’s also unfortunate that a mall like Alexis Nihon who has been around for decades can rent their space to a store that treats their customers like nothing.
I would like some feedback on how going forward what they of methods would you be using to protect the customers that shop at your mall. Also I will be posted this message on other media outlet
